Resetting the password to your online Dog Stay Account
Step 1. Visit the login page, enter your user name (which should be the email you used when setting up your account unless you choose something different), and click on forgot password.
Step 2. Your username should be pre-populated (if not type it in), then click on request password reset. An email will be send to the email address on file for your account.
Step 3. Check your email. You should see an email from Petexec Administration, with the subject line including password reset. After opening, click on the link that says “Click Here to Reset”
Step 4. You will then update your password with the corresponding user name. After adding the new password and clicking Reset Password, you will be redirected to the login page
My Portal. Once Logging in, you can now acess your portal which enables you to update your vaccination records, credit card, view communications and services, and schedule boarding.
